1st Monday in May means MET GALA!!!

The Annual MET Gala was held last night in NYC at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. It is the Super Bowl of Fashion where the costume The theme was Heavenly Bodies: Catholic Imagination.

As far as the men go Chadwick Bowseman wins Best Dressed Man!!! Hello Black Panther! Jared Leto was stunning and designer Jeremy Scott who is not pictured but arrived with and stayed by Cardi B's side deserves honorable mention no doubt!! 

As we all. know Madonna loves a Catholic theme and again has not disappointed. Model Winnie Harlow gets a mention because she wore all white and some of her shoots would have had her flogged in Roman days; plus hello the headpiece was AMAZING!!! 

Director Lena Waithe gets a mention because she basically wore a LBGT flag cape on the red carpet to a Catholic themed event in the spirit of... "Say Something!! I dare YOU!!!" You go girl!! 

I can't wait to see the full exhibit in person. I go EVERY YEAR!! Long Live Iconic Fashion!!
