Operating Hours & Customer Service
Our operating hours are Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm EST. For all questions or concerns, please email info@imanilia.com. Please allow up 48 hours for response. Any emails, texts, or voicemail messages left outside of business hours will be responded to on the following business day.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Please Note: Face masks are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
We at ImaniLia Designs want you to be happy with the items you have selected, which is why we accept returns and exchanges of unworn or defective merchandise. To request a return or exchange, please email info@imanilia.com within 3 days of delivery date. If your items arrive damaged or defective please email photos or video to info@imanilia.com upon opening package.
For unworn items, a refund would be made in the form of an even exchange or a merchandise credit may be issued for the amount paid to apply towards a future purchase. If you received the item as a gift, in which case price information is not indicated, please contact us at info@imanilia.com to ensure you receive proper reimbursement.
For defective merchandise, a refund would be issued in the original form of payment once the defective merchandise has been returned.
For cancellations, please contact info@imanilia.com within 48 hours of order confirmation. Any orders cancelled after 48 hours or once the order has been shipped will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Shipping Information
All in-stock and ready to wear items will be shipped out within 5-7 business days (Monday - Friday) of order confirmation unless otherwise stated. Please note the first business day is the day after your order was placed. For example, if your order is placed on Tuesday, Wednesday would count as the first business day. If your order is placed Friday - Sunday, Monday would count as the first business day.
Custom or made-to-order items production times vary. For made-to-order face masks, please allow up to 10 business days for completion. Once your order is completed and ready to ship, you will receive notification.
Can I get my order faster? Yes! You can email info@imanilia.com for rush production inquiries and expedited shipping options. Please note rush production fees start at $25.
What do I do if the address is incorrect or needs to be changed? Please review your order confirmation email and contact info@imanilia.com within 48 hours of order confirmation if there are any errors or changes that need to be made. Any requests to change or edit the shipping address once the order has been shipped will result in additional shipping charges. For any orders with an incorrect or incomplete delivery address that is returned will be subject to additional shipping charges. Please note, the consumer is responsible for return shipping charges.
How can I track my package? Once your order has shipped, an email notification with tracking will be sent to the same email address used when the order was placed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
What do I do if my package says delivered but I did not receive it? If your tracking states that your order was delivered but not received, please contact info@imanilia.com immediately so that we may file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note that claims can take up to 30 business days to processed by most carriers. Once your claim has been processed and approved, a refund can be issued in the original form of payment.
